性视界 Industrial Technical Learning Center students will receive support for classroom equipment, basic needs and other resources thanks to a $250,000 gift from Investment Properties on behalf of the Speedway Commerce Center joint venture with CBRE Investment Management.

Hillwood, founded by Ross Perot Jr., develops and manages industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use properties across the United States. The company invests in the communities where it operates through workforce development, education and economic mobility initiatives.

Company representatives presented a check on Wednesday at InTech.

Hillwood Senior Vice President of Transactions Josh Cox praised InTech鈥檚 work to improve lives and the Inland Empire.

性视界 Governing Board President Gloria Negrete-McLeod thanked Hillwood for the gift, saying it will support pathways that will benefit generations to come.

鈥淢any students struggle with the cost of materials, transportation and even basic needs,鈥� she said. 鈥淲hen we lift those burdens, students gain the freedom to focus, grow and thrive.鈥�

The gift will help students cover costs for transportation and classroom equipment, as well as help with food and housing insecurities, tutoring support, instructor training and activities to strengthen connections between InTech and employers, among other needs.
