Steps to Apply to EOPS

How to Apply

Apply on-line by logging onto your My 性视界 portal account at  (a 性视界 student ID number is required)

  • Log onto your My 性视界 portal account
    Shortcuts to apply for EOPS
  • Under Shortcuts, click Self-Service (Registration)
    A red circle highlights "Self-Service (Registration)" button, under a Shortcuts heading.
  • Click on Additional Pages and Forms for Students
    A gray icon with a clipboard, text about additional student pages and forms.
  • Click on EOPS Application
    A 性视界 EOPS application link.

Note: the link is only available during the open application period.
